Randy Petes Seek to Make it Back to Back in T20
Randwick Petersham will be hosting arch rivals Eastern Suburbs at Coogee Oval tomorrow night as they seek to progress to the Finals Day
Randwick Petersham will be hosting arch rivals Eastern Suburbs at Coogee Oval tomorrow night as they seek to progress to the Finals Day at the Sydney Cricket Ground this Sunday in this years Kingsgrove T20 Cup. The Adam Semple led side will be confident coming into this key fixture having won all four qualifying round matches during October and are looking at being the first side to go back to back in the T20 Competition after defeating Campbelltown-Camden off the last ball in the Final held at Drummoyne Oval last year.
The side is well balanced with a great combination of youth and experience in the line-up. However, the Randy Petes are fully aware of their close neighbours talents with tomorrow afternoons match set to be an entertaining affair. The last time these two teams met 3 weeks ago in the Illawarra with the Randy Petes prevailing in a close one after former Petersham and Sydney University now Eastern Suburbs stalwart Ian Moran (86*) contributed greatly with the bat in their teams 7/155 with the Randy Petes chasing succesfully in the last over.
