RPC are glad to announce that the Randy Petes Telstra Store – Randwick MVP Award is back again for season 2015-16.

As done previous seasons, this award will be run separately from the existing Player Of The Season Award.

This season’s winner will receive:

1x Harman Kardon ONYX Bluetooth speaker RRP $499
1x Sony Bluetooth Headset RRP $149

The format of the award is as follows:

– Players are awarded points throughout the season using a 3-2-1 system. The points are only to be allocated in ‘normal’ round matches, in Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Metro Green and Metro Gold. Therefore, Green Shield matches, PG matches, 1st Grade Limited Overs, 1st Grade T20, Masters and finals matches in any Grade including Metro Cup are excluded.

– Players will be required to submit their 3-2-1 points allocations at the end of each round to the captain of the side they are playing in.

– At the conclusion of the ‘normal’ Round matches, the player who has accumulated the most points wins the grand prize.

– In the event of a tie, the player with the most scores of ‘3’ will be deemed the winner. If there is still a tie, then the player with the most scores of ‘2’ will be deemed the winner. If there is still a tie, then the player with the most scores of ‘1’ is deemed the winner. If there is still a tie after all that, they can have a bowl off!

– After the conclusion of each Round, an update of the points table will be provided on the Randy Petes website.

– With 4 Rounds to go in the ‘normal’ season, the updated points table will discontinued until the final round is completed, where the final winner will be announced.
