PROPOSED TRIP BY RPCC TO IRELAND AND ENGLAND – JULY 2017

The Randwick Petersham Cricket Club (RPCC) is seeking an expression of interest from players and supporters who would be interested in participating in a tour to Ireland and England in the period 2 July 2017 to 18 July 2017.

The trip that will run for about 16 days and is designed to prepare players for the 2017/18 season as well as giving all players of the club the opportunity to play in Ireland and England.  In addition, social activities will be planned.

We anticipate playing a minimum of 6 games with two games in Ireland and the remainder in England.

Some site seeing will be organised and we will attempt to get tickets to the first test 6-10^th July England v South Africa at Lords.

At this stage the Club anticipates taking a senior team comprising first and second grade players and a lower grades team comprising third to sixth grade players.

The cost is estimated at approximately $8,000 depending on numbers which will include airfares, accommodation, breakfast, coach transport. The club will undertake fund raising activities to reduce the costs as much as possible.

In order to continue with the organisation and planning we require all expressions of interest by 1^st November and a 10% deposit by 1 January.
