Green Shield Update

The AW Green Shield Under 16 competition kicked off last week and, after two rounds, Randwick Petersham share top of the table with Bankstown after back to back wins. The Randy Petes youngsters defeated North Sydney first up, chasing down a 206-run target with three wickets to spare. Skipper Mac Jenkins made an unbeaten 85. In the second game against Western Suburbs, Bailey Kenzie and Alex Deller took four wickets each as the home side was skittled for 84 at Pratten Park. Randwick Petersham chased down the runs for the loss of four wickets and claimed a bonus point for achieving victory in just 22 overs.
