Premier Cricket & Kingsgrove T20 Draws for 2019/20 Released

With the season launch only three weeks away, the Sydney Cricket Association has released the draws for the 2019/20 Mens Premier Cricket Season and the Kingsgrove Sports T20 Cup.

Randwick Petersham will be keen to improve upon a disappointing performance in last season’s Club Championship, and open up their season with one day matches against Western Suburbs 1s, 3s and 5s at home (2s and 4s are away). Premier Cricket heavyweights Sydney University and Gordon await early on, November will see most team on the road west to Penrith and Fairfield-Liverpool. After a brief sojourn against Sydney, another road trip to the west – Blacktown – follows before Christmas comes around with a local derby against Eastern Suburbs. After Christmas, we have one dayers against Northern Districts and Mosman to run off the Christmas cake, before we host Campbelltown-Camden. Parramatta and Bankstown take turns in playing host and visitor before we round out the season with a trip out to Bensons Lane to play Hawkesbury and then south to take on St George.

In the Kingsgrove Sports T20 Cup, Randwick Petersham will be gunning for their fourth title to go with their wins in 2011-12, 2013-14 and 2015-16. The campaign starts off on October 13th with an afternoon fixture against Mosman at the seaside paradise, Coogee Oval. This will be followed by the marquee calendar event – Ladies and Legends Day with the T20 double header at Coogee Oval on October 27th. With Sydney and Manly-Warringah as our opponents, it promises to be a cracker of a day. When then tour the city and the east, with fixtures against UNSW, UTS North Sydney and Eastern Suburbs to take us through to December.
